Wild Venison Butchery Course

Our Wild Venison Butchery Course is perfect for anyone who handles deer. In this course, you are lead by a master butcher, teaching you the intimate techniques of professionally butchering a full deer carcass from start to finish.

We limit this course to 8 people, this is to ensure that everyone who takes part gets some 1-1 time with the butcher. Ask any questions you have and to practice your technique.
