Liddlesdale Wildlife is a small family run business on the Scottish Borders. We specialise in deer stalking training & experiences for everyone.
We have had over a decade in the industry and have first hand experience in government contracting and working along side SGA (Scottish Gamekeeping Association) to provide DSC1/2 training, amongst other training modules.
We pride ourselves on our intimate knowledge with not only training, but with experience which has been amounted over decades.
The Scottish Borders is the perfect place to get a taste of wild deer stalking. Full of natural beauty, our deer stalking experiences and training offer more than just the experience. It’s a taste of the wilderness and some of the most beautiful environments the Scottish Borders has to offer.
We take our profession seriously, in the bid to help and maintain the ecosystem of our woodlands in the Scottish Borders. Additionally, to carefully manage the growing deer population.
With over a decade's worth of knowledge built from being on the ground, first hand managing the deer populations. We are able to pass this knowledge onto you.
We have a vast experience in the deer stalking industry, from being contractors for the likes of FLS (Forestry Land Scotland) and private land owners. We understand the way the industry works and the impact we can have on it.
We pride ourselves on being Traceable - Wild - Sustainable. All our venison goes into the food chain, we waste nothing and believe this is how wildlife managers should be. We utilise everything from the deer, from the Haunch to the bones.
Our Introduction To Deer Stalking course is perfect for those who want to have a taste of deer stalking before committing fully.
We provide the full experience, from using all our different calibre rifles, a variety of scopes, 3 generations of thermal technology and how to safely handle and fire a rifle.
